Club Event: BMWCCP 1st Night Fun Run to Tagaytay City

In our efforts to give you new and exciting events, the BMWCCP will hold its first ever night fun run to Tagaytay City on November 22, 2008. Join us as we go for a relaxed and leisurely drive while enjoying the cool climate of Tagaytay. Since SLEX southbound is still being constructed and the traffic condition is worse than ever, we will be taking the Daang Hari and Aguinaldo Highway route going to Tagaytay. On the way back to Manila, we will be taking the Sta. Rosa - SLEX route.

A fuel allocation of P400.00 will be given to club members participating on this run courtesy of our club sponsor - Petron. For those with a BPI Petron Mastercard, P1,000.00 fuel allocation will be given. Yes! P1,000.00 So, hurry now and apply for a Petron BPI Mastercard. Application forms will be at hand during this run.

Our dinner venue will be at The Grill at Antonio's. This is the food complex where Starbuck's and Pancake House are located.

Newbies are welcome to sign up for membership and attend this event. Please contact me beforehand so you can be briefed properly.

Meet up Point 1 - Petron Valle Verde C5 ( For those coming from the North and East side of Manila ) This is the Petron in the vicinity of Tiendesitas and SM Hypermart.
Meet up Time: 4:30pm Departure Time: 5:00pm

Meet up Point 2 - Petron West Gate Alabang ( For those coming from the South side of Manila )
Meet up Time: 5:00pm Departure Time: 5:30pm

As part of our efforts to ensure a fun filled and safe run, please bring FRS two-way radios if you have any. During all our fun runs, safety and keeping the group together in constant communication has always been our main priorities. As an added feature of the club on all fun runs and main club driving events, all members are encouraged to have a set of FRM/GMRS 2-way radios with them at all times.

Currently, all convoy marshals carry 2-way radios with them, so this added feature enables us to instantly relay directions, road conditions, hazards, change of route, etc immediately with the rest of the group. The BMWCCP is currently selling at cost, high quality Motorola Talkabout 2-Way Radios, to all its members.

How do I join the BMWCCP?

• Please read through our Philosophy and Tradition of the BMW Club Organization.
• Download this application form. (Adobe Reader required in order to download the application form)
• Fill it up completely.
• You have to settle your membership fee (P2,500 for new members) via bank deposit or you can hand it to us personally at club events.
• For cash payments, please show up at our next event and look for Edwin Reyes.
• Schedule for our events can be found at out the Club Events section of our forum.
• Memberships are then renewed annually on January 31 at prorated values.
• Your membership becomes official once we receive your form and your payment.
• Please contact Edwin Reyes (binE90) at 0-919-298-8644 regarding the details on how to join the club.
