ANNOUNCEMENT: Amendments to posting classified ads in BMWCCP Forum

In order to further protect the interest of BMW enthusiasts, visitors, club members and our club sponsors and to facilitate the sale of BMW-related items in this forum, the following amendments to posting classified ads will be implemented effective immediately:

1. Pictures of the item on sale
must be posted. Click here on instructions on how to post pictures. An alternative is to post a link to another site where pictures of the item can be seen. It is recommended to post a front, side, back, engine bay and interior shots of the vehicle as these are the most common requests of prospective buyers.

2. The price for the item/vehicle
must be posted.

3. That vehicles posted for sale
must declare whether papers are complete or not (i.e. taxes paid)

4. The seller
must respond to those who inquire within 48 hours.

5. Items that conflict with a club sponsor's product or services
should not be posted as a matter of courtesy. The 7 sponsors and their major products and/or services:
5.1. Caltex - fuel and lubricants
5.2. Tumi - luggage, bags, wallets
5.3. PIAA - lighting, wipers, horns and rims
5.4. Concept One - Rims
5.5. RCBC - bank products and services
5.6. Globe - telco services an products
5.7. Bridgestone - tires

6. We allow the sale of BMW-related items that may be in conflict with our sponsor products and services,
for as long as it isn't for commercial purposes. It should be along the lines of disposing the personally owned item.

7. BMWCCP members may sell non-BMW items in the Flea Market section of the Member's Only Area.

8. Failure to observe the above guidelines will result in having the thread locked. Locked threads will remain accessible for reference unless the administrators deem it necessary to delete it if deemed inappropriate (e.g. offensive, misleading, non-BMW items, etc).

9.
All existing posts should comply by August 31st, 2010. We will lock the threads where we deem it is not compliant with the new guidelines.

We look forward to your compliance with our new guidelines and rules. Thank you and enjoy your visit!

I love your M Roadster. Beautiful how a factory interior looks so custom.

Yes the interior is special....in contrast to modern bmw interiors which have become so grey and sterile

Its really frustrating! I bought the car to a body shop, car wash my friends and I frequent, di kaya ng masilya. It has to be painted, but at least its not as visible now. I'll leave it be for the meantime until I decide to have the car repainted in the future. I want to change the color, its the first time I've owned a dark color car and didnt know it was so high maintenance to keep the car clean. Requires more frequent washing or at least rub down with a duster to remove dust.
